The hotel is conveniently located next to a market, making it easy to get groceries and souvenirs. the rooms are generally clean and spacious, with mini kitchens and modern amenities. the staff are friendly and willing to help, as shown in the case of helping guests book taxis.

Some guests have reported cigarette smoke in non-smoking units and issues with wake-up calls and towel requests.

For sure we will be back. Good sized room. In addition, free parking was available. It's 20 mins walk to the center. Again, the hotel was around 10-15 minutes walk from Cheonjiyeon Waterfalls.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Island Blue. Despite the typhoon, the staff went out of their way to provide us with information and help us navigate the situation on Jeju Island. Their assistance was greatly appreciated and made our trip much easier.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the rooms were incredibly spacious and modern, with a large sitting area and dining table. We even had a kitchen, which was a great bonus. Secondly, the staff were very polite and helpful, even if their English was limited. They always had someone on hand who could give us useful tips and recommendations. Lastly, the location was fantastic, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance and a convenient store right in the hotel.

Although everything else was great, the hotel should consider expanding their parking lot.

The view from our room was amazing and the room was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options for all tastes. The hotel location was ideal, close to restaurants and shops.

Our stay was spoiled by the poor customer service. The staff at the reception desk were rude and unhelpful, and seemed to be bothered by any questions we had.

Spent Easter at a lovely hotel with great facilities - the stunning ocean view from my room was breathtaking. Loved the location as it provided easy access to many shopping centres and local restaurants. the spacious room had a fridge, which came in handy for storing Easter eggs!

I did have a few negatives - room cleanliness was not up to par, as I noticed a few stains on the floor and the pillows were too soft for my liking. the hotel staff seemed unapproachable and not particularly helpful when I had questions.
